Volunteer hour log
Submit the form within 3 days of every tutoring session, and after any other qualifying activity. The Tutor-For-All team verifies each entry, and your hours can be used for NHS, scholarships and college applications.

02 Referral requirements
When referral hours count
Referral hours are credited only after the person you referred reaches these milestones.
Tutor referral · 2 hours
The tutor you referred must complete all three:
Complete onboarding
Finish the full Tutor-For-All onboarding process and meet all program requirements.
Pass qualifications review
Have their academic qualifications (GPA and grades) verified by the team.
Tutor at least one session
Run a full first session with a matched student.
They also need to put your name in the referral question when they apply.
Family referral · 30 minutes
The family you referred must complete:
One completed session
The student attends and finishes their first session with their assigned tutor.
The family also needs to put your name in the referral question on their sign-up form.
03 Important
Log on time and keep your entries consistent, or we can't verify them
- Log within 3 days. If a session has no log, we'll email you to ask what happened. If you don't answer, it counts as an unexcused absence.
- Full name: enter your first and last name exactly the same way every time. No nicknames, abbreviations or alternate spellings.
- School name: type it identically on every submission. For example, always “Carnegie Vanguard High School”, never “Carnegie Vanguard HS” one week and “Carnegie Vanguard” the next. Inconsistent names delay or prevent verification.
