Volunteer Hour Log
Submit this form after every tutoring session or qualifying activity to keep your volunteer hours up to date. Hours are verified by the Tutor-For-All team and used for NHS, scholarships, and college applications.

Requirements for Verified Hours
Referral hours are only credited once the person you referred meets the requirements below.
Tutor Referral — 2 Hours
The tutor you referred must complete all four of the following steps:

Complete onboarding — finish the full Tutor-For-All onboarding process and meet all program requirements.

Pass qualifications review — submit and have their academic qualifications (GPA, grades) verified by the team.

Flash Power qualifications — demonstrate their subject knowledge and readiness through the Flash Power qualification step.

Complete at least one tutoring session — conduct their first full session with a matched student.
Family Referral — 30 Minutes
The family you referred must complete the following:

Complete at least one tutoring session — the student must attend and complete their first session with their assigned tutor.
Important: Consistency Is Required
⚠️ Your hours cannot be verified if your submissions don't match
- Full name — enter your first and last name exactly the same way every time you submit. Do not use nicknames, abbreviations, or alternate spellings across submissions.
- School name — type your school's name identically on every submission (e.g., always write "Carnegie Vanguard High School", never "Carnegie Vanguard HS" on one and "Carnegie Vanguard" on another). Inconsistent school names will delay or prevent hour verification.
